Pauley Interactive follow a process systems designed around ISO standards to ensure our service provides you with the best possible outcome. The chart below shows this process system.

Our Process

Enquiry Receipt

Enquiry's are generally responded to with a meeting aragement or dialog via email and a quotation/proposal is supplied. If the customer accepts the quotation, this is then turned into a project/contract

Project Number Raised

A project number will be raised and we would request a customer Purchase Order before work is commenced. Writen or verbal acknowledgement of customer order is then notified to the client, along with an agreed start date.

Draft Visualisation

A draft visualisation is then produced to ensure the client is happy with the work carried out. Feedback is then required from the client before further development is undertaken.

Development

The digital content is then developed to the agreed brief and standard. Feedback would be requested from the client at key stages throughout this process.

Delivery

Upon project completion, the final content will then be delivered in any given format via email or through our File Transfer Management site.
